Items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving them.
If you are returning an item for a refund, it must be in a fully resalable condition. For example; skeins must be intact (not wound) and still have their labels.
RiverKnits reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
If you ordered multiple items in one order and only return part of the order, you are entitled to a refund for the returned item(s) only.
If you ordered multiple items in one order and return the entire order, you are entitled to a refund for the item(s) and the shipping.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your item(s) have been returned, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Please reuse the packaging and send to the return address provided on the shipping label. You can request a return by filling out the form below.
Return in person
You may also return items to our studio shop where we will be very happy to process your refund.
